For any question about your account, the app, or your data, email developer@my-tomo.ai. Please include your account email and a short description of the issue (and a screenshot if relevant).

Account & access

  • Reset your password — use the “Forgot password” option on the sign-in screen. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check spam, then contact us.
  • Change your email — email us from the address registered on your account.
  • Delete your account — open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account. All personal and health data is removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Health data & integrations

  • Apple Health not syncing — open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → tomo, and ensure all relevant categories are enabled.
  • WHOOP not syncing — disconnect and reconnect WHOOP from inside the tomo app under Settings → Integrations.
  • Readiness score looks wrong — readiness uses 7–14 days of recent data. New accounts may show a lower-confidence score until enough history is gathered.

Parents & under-13 accounts

Tomo is intended for athletes aged 11 and older. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent before account creation. To request consent, removal, or a copy of your child's data, email developer@my-tomo.ai from the parent or guardian's address.

Bugs & feedback

Found a bug or have an idea? Email developer@my-tomo.ai with your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce. We read every message.
