1. Acceptance

By creating a tomo account or using the tomo app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

2. The service

Tomo provides a personalised athletic companion — daily check-ins, training plans, readiness scores, and AI-powered chat — to help young athletes manage training alongside school and life. Tomo is a wellness tool, not a medical device or professional coaching service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 11 years old to use tomo. Users under 13 require verified parental consent. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at developer@my-tomo.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use tomo for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without consent.
• Submit false health or personal data.

6. Health disclaimer

Tomo's training suggestions, readiness scores, and AI companion responses are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional before starting a new training programme or if you have concerns about an injury or health condition.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software in the tomo app and website are owned by AI TOMO Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your personal data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of the health or training data you provide.

8. Beta service

Tomo is currently in private beta. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of or inability to use the service during beta.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
